Cancellation Policy

Program Participation & Payment Policy Participation in this youth-centered program is flexible and accessible. Attendance at meetings is always optional, and your monthly membership allows you to start or stop at any time—no long-term commitments required. To protect privacy and create a safe space for youth, meetings are not recorded. Recap emails and helpful resources will be sent out after each session so participants can stay connected with the learning. This program is self-driven, empowering youth to engage at their own pace, while still offering highly interactive, supportive experiences designed to build confidence and meaningful skills. To keep membership simple and consistent, clients are required to provide valid credit card information before each order. This can be done in one of two ways: Entering and saving card details securely online, or Completing the Credit Card Authorization Form provided and returning it to Confident Kids Canada for manual processing Payment details remain on file only with your consent, and you may cancel or update your authorization at any time.
